ABOUT US
We are Amanda and Raymond Rinehart Jr., owners of The Laser Spa and residents of Wills Point, TX. We also have an amazing team of Certified Injectors, Estheticians, and Laser Technicians to ensure your visit is always amazing! Amanda began her journey in the spa industry in 2011 as a massage therapist. I broadened my education to include lash services, laser services and other med services such as weight loss injections and neurotoxins. I fully understands the benefits lasers can provide our clients. As well as love studying new technologies and medical advances to improve clients skin. Ray is a U.S. Navy Veteran with over 20 years of experience as an electrical engineer in the solar industry. We are both certified and licensed laser technicians. We look forward to serving you!
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Please contact The Laser Spa via phone or email AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment date and time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellation is required 24 hours prior to appointment; failure to cancel within the required time will result in a fee of $50.00 being charged to the credit card on file. A No Show is considered failure to cancel or failure to show for a scheduled appointment, the full amount of the service will be applied to the credit card on file. Initially, clients who schedule an appointment and simply DO NOT show up or cancel within the allotted timeframe of 24 hours will be required to pay up front for the next service they wish book. Deposits are fully refundable to the client if the appointment is canceled within the 24 hour notice timeframe. Clients who have prepaid for package deals who are No Shows or have Late Cancellations for their scheduled appointment will automatically be deducted from the package balance. All packages must be used within the package allotted timeframe. ALL packages must be used within 8 months of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard of our cancellation policy.
